PETER JAKES of Little Paxton peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on Monday 8th November, aged 75 years young. Devoted husband to Sue and much loved Dad to Maria, Melanie and Andrew. Dear friend and father-in-law to Leigh and Poppy. A very proud grandad to Jack, Darcy, Kesia, Elliot, Layla, Isaac, Leo and Reuben. Friend to many. Peter will be sadly missed by all those that had the pleasure to know and love him. A funeral service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held at St James Church Little Paxton on Wednesday 24th November at 1.30pm. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations can be made to Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust. These will support Addenbrooke’s Hospital purchasing a surgical robots to improve the survival chances of cancer patients using new technology.
