Recent signing Ollie Snaith, loan debutant Tom Knowles (whose arrival from League Two club Cambridge United was only completed late last night) and Peter Clark hit the goals as Saints triumphed 3-0 at Kings Langley today.

It was an emphatic victory which allowed them to leapfrog the hosts in the lower reaches of the standings and also provided a terrific exit for assistant boss Jack Cassidy, who is taking up the same post at hometown club Bedford Town.

St Neots Town twice came from behind to earn a point in their first outing of 2018 at the same level.

Matt Clements’ side drew 2-2 with Stratford at the Premier Plus Stadium thanks to equalisers from Dylan Williams in the first half and Nabil Shariff late on. The latter player also hit the woodwork.

Godmanchester Rovers collected a fifth successive Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division win today.

Matty Allan and leading scorer Jack Chandler provided the goals in a 2-0 success against Wroxham at the David Wilson Homes Ground.

Rovers are now unbeaten in nine games in all competitions.

Eynesbury Rovers twice hit the woodwork when being held to a goalless United Counties League Premier Division draw by Rothwell Corinthians.

Huntingdon Town saw their United Counties League Division One trip to Buckingham postponed, but there has been a change to their managerial team today.
