St Ives Cycling Club riders completed a clean sweep in one age bracket at the latest Muddy Monsters North Cambs League event last Saturday.

Aaron O’Connor led home clubmates Ollie Pether and Jacob Wood in the Under 12 Boys race at the Embankment Sports and Athletics Arena in Peterborough.

There was also further success for the local club’s ‘Go Ride’ team with Ralph Bicknell taking second place and Ollie Bryan-Harris finishing in third position at Under 10 Boys level.

Katie Cox also claimed a podium finish when third in the Under 10 Girls race. Emmie Cox and Charlie Trimble were other St Ives youngsters in action in the fifth round of the series, which was hosted by the Fenland Clarion club.
