Members of the St Ives Swimming Club chalked up some lifetime best times at a regional championship.
The event, at the Olympic 50m pool at UEA Norwich, saw the club participating at the second weekend of the Swim England East Region Swimming Championships against the best from the six counties.
Great swims emerged from Tessa Quayle, Ewan Thompson and Chloe Butler with all three posting stunning lifetime best swims.
Chloe managed to shave 16 seconds of her long course (50m pool) 200 individual medley time to finish in 2.29.04 and came in ninth in the region.
Ewan Thompson took over a second off his 100 backstroke time, finishing in 1.04.
Tessa Quayle posted the fastest 50m breaststroke time at the competition for the 16 years girls in 35.35, going fastest into the final where she added a second silver medal to her 100 breaststroke medal that she won two weeks previously.
This was a great result indeed, not only for her but also her two compatriots in arms at this superb elite competition, very well done to them all.
