A crash between a car and a van on the eastbound carriageway of the A14 at Godmanchester caused the closure of one lane this afternoon.

Police were called at 12.55pm, followed by an ambulance at 1.05pm. Only minor injuries were sustained and no one was taken to hospital.

The lane has now reopened after gritters cleared diesel on the road, although delays remain.
