A WHEEL came off a tractor and smashed into Zing Bikes on Stonehill, Huntingdon early this morning.

A WHEEL came off a tractor and smashed into Zing Bikes on Stonehill, Huntingdon early this morning.

The driver was travelling on Spittals Way in the direction of the Shell Garage at around 8.25am when the incident happened.

A spokesman told The Hunts Post: “It appears that the wheel came off the tractor on the bend of Spittals Way.

“It went through the fence and bounced off the building.”

The windows of the showroom were smashed but all staff were uninjured.

The driver of the tractor also escaped injury.
