Huntingdon Grafham Water Lions Club made two presentations following their annual Safari Walk.
The first was a presentation to Cambridge Hearing Help, which won the Lions Charity Shield for raising the most money at this year’s Safari, held in May.
Supporters raised more than £3,000 and Amanda Morgan, director of the charity, thanked the Lions for their help in raising this money.
Ten per cent of all money raised at the walk is donated to the Lions Club for its charity, which this year was East Anglian Air Ambulance.
The second presentation was a cheque for £1,250 made to Peter Plant, representing East Anglian Air Ambulance, who thanked the Lions for their support.
The Lions Safari Walk has been going for 38 years and is held on the third Sunday in May each year.
