Man dies in another fatal accident on Cambridgeshire’s roads

A 40-year-old man died in a moped accident near Chatteris this morning (Friday)

The crash happened at about 2am in Doddington Road, just before the 40mph speed restrictions, as the 125cc silver moped travelled towards Chatteris.

The road was closed for four hours following the collision.

Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or the moped just prior.
