A man has admitted having almost 50,000 indecent pictures and videos of children.

David Thomas, 66, of Hawthorn Rise, Haverfordwest, Wales, pleaded guilty to two charges of making indecent photographs of a child at Houghton between July 2007 and May 2013, as well as two charges of possessing indecent photographs at Houghton on May 1, 2013. He was committed to Peterborough Crown Court for sentencing on a later date.
