Officers want to trace two women who came to the victims aid.

Detective constable Rachel Brown, who is investigating, said: “It was busy in the club and people would have seen what happened. I am appealing for those people to get in touch.

“I am particularly keen to speak to the two women who helped the victim in the toilets.”
