Mark Larios, 42, of no fixed address, and Matthew Prillm 33, of Tacket Court, Brookside, Kingsbridge, Devon, were charged with production of a controlled B drug following a raid of an industrial unit in Ceris Court, Glebe Road, off St Peters Road, shortly before 8am.

They will appear at Peterborough Magistrate’s Court this morning.

After the building, which was previously occupied by Reflex Media Services Limited, was made safe by EDF engineers, officers searched the factory and found around 1,000 cannabis plants - with a street value of £300,000 - over both floors of the unit.

More details to follow later.
