Matthew Wray, 32, of Howitts Lane, Eynesbury died on Friday (November 30) morning leaving behind his partner Natasha Dear, five-year-old twins Shannon and Sarah and Callum, 8.

Mr Wray had been involved with Eynesbury Rovers since he played in the youth team and the club held a minutes silence in his memory at their game against Olney Town on Saturday.

Vice chairman of Eynesbury Rovers, Graham Mills, said: “You’d never hear anyone say a bad word about Matt.

“Everyone is truly shocked and saddened.”
