Car crashes into ditch after collision with lorry on A14 in St Ives

COMMUTERS on the A14 face delays after a crash between a car and a lorry at St Ives closes part of the road.
The car involved in the crash at 7am at junction 26 left the westbound carriageway ad entered a ditch.
One lane of the road was closed for recovery of the vehicle causing delays of up to 30 minutes.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said the driver was not seriously injured.
A spokesman for the Highways Agency said that normal road conditions were expected from 9.30am.
