A1123 closed after collision between cyclist and a car

PART of the A1123 in St Ives was shut for approximately two hours this morning (Thursday, February 7) after a collision between a cyclist and a car.
The incident happened in St Audrey Lane, between Ramsey Road and Somersham Road, at 7.05am.
Police and paramedics attended the scene and the road was closed in both directions until about 9.30am.
A police spokesman said the cyclist’s injuries were serious but not life threatening.
