Rita Mathews (Con) 531

Roger Henson (UKIP) 273

Kevin Goddard (Lab) 127

Rita, who replaces former HDC deputy leader Nick Guyatt following his retirement from local politics, said: “I want to try to revitalise the villages both for young and older people.”
