Hundreds of people have signed up to run one, three, or six miles on Sunday (March 23) ... but there’s still time to bag a place.

The village is again hosting a Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile event, with the routes starting at the Queen Elizabeth II Playing Field at 10.30am.

Each route, which can be walked, jogged or ran, will head into Paxton Pits Nature Reserve and finish at Paxton Pits Visitors Centre.

Parish Clerk, Jenny Gellatly said: “We are delighted that so many people have already signed up but we want even more people in Little Paxton to take part and make it the best Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile yet. So let’s show the rest of the country what we can do and raise as much money as we possibly can for this incredible cause!”
