Firefighters tackled a fire after a suspected arson attack in Gamlingay.

A crew from the village were called to Stocks Lane at 10.08pm yesterday (Wednesday). On arrival, they discovered that rubbish had been set alight near a BMX track.

They extinguished the flames using hose reels before returning to their stations by 10.30pm.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
