Fire breaks out at Huntingdon factory

A FIRE broke out in a Huntingdon factory.

Two crews from Huntingdon fire station attended the incident at VIP Polymers, in Windover Road, at 9.15am today (Wednesday, February 6).

Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels and covering jets to extinguish the fire, which was contained to a duct.

Crews also removed flammable products from the area and returned to their stations by 10.45am.
