Firefighters tackled a hedge fire in St Neots.

A crew from the town was called to Queensway at 12.47pm on Saturday (May 17), where conifer trees were on fire and smoke was blowing across a number of gardens.

They used a hose reel to extinguish the flames before returning to their stations by 1.35pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
