Archant

An overturned car at Buckden is causing delays on the A1 southbound this morning (Wednesday).

The silver Vauxhall Zafira rolled onto its roof near the Buckden roundabout at about 8.25am.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said the driver was out and there weren’t any injuries.

He added the car was off the road but one lane was closed as there was diesel spillage.

It is the second time this week that a crash has delayed motorists on the A1 southbound after a six-vehicle crash on Monday.
