A van has fled after crashing into an ambulance in Godmanchester this morning (Tuesday).

The crash on Post Street happened at about 8.10am and held up traffic in the area.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “There was a damage only, slight collision between a van and an ambulance. The van failed to stop at the scene and inquiries are ongoing.”
