The incident occurred on Elm Road, which was temporarily closed while emergency services attended.
A police spokesperson said the road closed shortly after 4pm. It reopened at about 6.30pm.
They added: "We responded to a call yesterday reporting a car in a ditch near Ramsey. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
