Visitors have been invited to the first public open-air Good Friday service in Huntingdon since 2019.

The service, organised by Daybreak Ministries, is returning for the first time since the start of the pandemic and is set to take place in Market Square.

As well as songs and Bible readings, attendees are invited to bring their own 'bread and wine' to join in the sharing together of Communion.

Dr Chan Abraham from Daybreak Ministries said: “In the darkness and hopelessness afflicting humanity in 2024, with despair gripping so many, we look forward to this public event that reminds us there is Hope for Today and Tomorrow.”
