The Hunts Post has teamed up with Grafham Cycling to give away 10 Reflex Viper bikes, each worth £250 each.
Each week for five weeks, we will be giving away two of these fabulous bikes - giving you plenty of opportunities to get your hands on one of the great prizes.
The Reflex Viper bikes come in red, silver or lilac and have front and rear suspension, 18-speed Shimano gears and adjustable handle bars and saddle.
The bikes are perfect gifts for Christmas, helping you to get in shape after an over-indulgent festive season. It is also an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors and improve your general health by increasing strength, stamina and heart fitness.
