Restaurant of the Year:

The winner will produce great food
from local, fresh produce, providing a
service expected of that particular
type of business. There will need to be
a good variety on the menu, with vegetarians
catered for, and meals that are
nutritious.
Food Producer of the Year:
Sponsored by Tesco
The winner will be dealing in raw
food materials, such as meat, vegetables,
grains and cereals. They could be
running their own farm, market stall,
shop or dealing business to business.
Pub of the
Year:

beer, wine and
other drinks, as well as good quality
food created using local ingredients
is just the start for this category. The landlords also need to
give examples of how they fit into
their community.
