The distribution and circulation department ensures that our free and paid for titles are delivered to local homes and the retail outlets which stock our paid for title. We deliver and sell around 20 million copies of our papers a year in Herts & Cambs.

What attracted you to join?
I wanted an exciting varied role together with the right possibilities for progression, good locality and part time working hours.
What is it like to work here?
It's a friendly and professional place to work which made the first few nerve racking days much easier for me.
How would you describe a typical day?
The day is made up of dealing with many varied queries from householders, area supervisors and distributors. These queries all lead onto either system updates or general admin duties. I am also involved partly in the leaflet side of distribution which involves the capture of new business through to organization of bookings and direct contact with leaflet clients.
What is the best part about your job?
I feel that I am working as a valued member within a great supportive team.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my role is dealing with complaints or queries where people are sometimes very unhappy!
