apparently he was at potters bar in some capacity during 2003/04?

There is a young lad named Richard Carter who is a defender at Fenland Wanderers now, who I think would be a young kid in 2003. Is this the one you were looking for. No reference to Eldrige. I don't think he is related to the other Richard Carter football manager.
Other Richard Carter is about 30 and has been a manager and Chief Executive at Wivenhoe Town FC this year until he was sacked today, for it appears irregularities in financial matters amongst other reasons.He has also been around other Eastern Counties clubs for the last few years including Diss, Tiptree, Long Melford, Haverhill Rovers and probably lots of others in different positions. I wonder if the Eldridge name is an alias?A search of forums show there are a lot of players chasing him for promised wages. Perhaps he was a kit manager, groundsman or something like that at Potters Bar.
